CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES WITH MAIN TOPICS

1- Taking the land to “SELEM LAND POOL” by carrying out R&D studies.

3- Giving a power of attorney to the Vakar Architecture Office staff(s) of the Participant Member from the Notary in order to be able to carry out transactions with the land.

4- Obtaining the Zoning Diameter from the relevant Municipality

5- Making the project design according to the requests of the Zoning Area and the Participating Member.

6- The Participant Member and the Architect together choose the materials to be used in the project.

7- Preliminary Project of the Project is prepared.

8- The "Initial Approximate Cost Calculation" of the project is prepared.

9- The Participant Member's payment plan is made according to the Project's Initial Approximate Cost Calculation.

10- Implementation project is prepared according to the pre-prepared project.

11- A "BUILDING LICENSE" is obtained from the relevant Municipality Zoning Directorate.

12- A production plan is made for the construction of the project, for which the building permit has been obtained.

13- Selected material supplies and connections are made.

14- Work is delivered to the “Business Partner” firm(s) from the Production Group, starting with the Rough Works.

15- At the end of each month, the construction site staff arranges progress payments related to the work done by the field workers.

16- The company staff responsible for the construction site starts each team according to the workflow, according to the work order.

17- Responsible construction site personnel receives their delivered works completely and completely.

18- When the work done is completed, “Work Completion Certificates” are received from the competent authorities.

19- When the construction process is completed, an application is made to the municipality for the necessary documents for the " BUILDING USE PERMISSION - SETTLEMENT CERTIFICATE ".

20- With the completion of the process by the person responsible for the follow-up, the works and procedures that the Company has to do regarding the Construction are completed.

21- “FINAL COST ACCOUNT” of the Participant Member is issued. Account reconciliation is done. If the participant member has debts, it is closed.

22- "TURN-KEY" is made to the Participating Member.

23- The Participant Member can purchase his/her home by purchasing subscribers such as Electricity, Water, Natural Gas.
